Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
By the impugned order, the amount of maintenance granted to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 - wife as well as child stood reduced to Rs. 6,000-00. It is not possible to interfere in the writ jurisdiction, since there is no error of jurisdiction committed by the learned Revisional Court while exercising power of superintendence. The reduction of the amount of maintenance by the Revisional Court has
balanced the equity. No interference is called for. Hence the following order:- Criminal Writ Petition No. 195 of 2015 is rejected summarily.
