Mrs. Ketki Joshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent nos. 1 and 2 makes a statement that, on completion of investigation, Charge-sheet in Crime No.128 of 2016 is filed before the Special Court on 26.9.2017.
In view of the statement as aforesaid, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file application for grant of discharge before the Competent Court. In view of facts as aforesaid, leave, as prayed for, is allowed. The application stands disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
