It is stated that appeal came to be dismissed in default for non-removal of office objection by order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 10.12.2019.

Considering the reasons as stated in the application, the delay of 70 days caused in filing the application for restoration of appeal is condoned. Civil application for restoration is allowed. Appeal is restored to the file, subject to removal of office objection within a period of one week.
