The learned counsels Smt. Rajshri Dewani and Shri Saurabh Tapdiya state that the dispute is amicably settled. A joint application seeking disposal of the petition by recording the terms of compromise between the parties, is filed on record.

Criminal Writ Petition 194 of 2018 is disposed of in view of the compromise between the parties, as is recorded in the application for disposal of petition. It is made clear that the agreement to pay the amount as per schedule, as is incorporated in the joint application, is treated as an undertaking to this Court. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
