DATED : APRIL 26, 2019 Learned Magistrate has issued process on 27.12.2017 in Regular Criminal Case No. 779/2017 against the petitioners for an offence punishable under Section 494 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. No revision was preferred against the said order.

Since the revision was not preferred, I dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to file a revision before the revisional Court. If the revision is filed within four weeks from today and if it is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay then it is expected from the learned revisional Court to decide the same, keeping in view the pendency of the present writ petition and the appropriate provisions of the Limitation Act. Interim protection granted on 26.06.2018 by Division Bench of this Court to remain in operation for next eight weeks. With this, the writ petition is disposed of.
