A joint compromise pursis bearing Stamp No.2031 of 2016, dated 11-2-2016 is placed on record, the contents of which are reproduced below :

"

The Parties hereto i.e. all the appellants and all the respondents herein do hereby state that they have agreed as under.

1.

As against the alleged share of the appellants in the present matter, the appellants have amicably settled

the issue with the respondents & are fully and finally satisfied with the receipt of Rs.12,50,000/- against the above.

2.

The respondents herein, as against the alleged respective shares of the appellants, have paid to the appellants as above.

Hence, the appellants hereby withdraw the instant Appeal accordingly & the respondents have no objection for the same."

Smt. Hiwase, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, submits that all the appellants are personally present before this Court and they have put their signatures/thumb marks on the pursis accepting the settlement. Shri Jagtap, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, submits that the respondent is personally present before this Court and has put his thumb impression on this pursis He further submits that the legal representatives of the respondent No.1, who are at serial nos.1A, 1B, 1C, 1E and 1F are all personally present before this Court and they have put their signatures/thumb marks on the pursis, acknowledging the

settlement.

The pursis appears to have also been signed by the legal representatives of the respondent No.1 at serial nos.1D and 1G. Smt. Hiwase, the learned counsel for the appellants, submits that the appellants wanted to withdraw the instant appeal as settled between the parties.

Hence, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn, as settled between the parties.
