Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

It is stated on instructions that during the pendency of the petition, a Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee has been constituted, which is empowered to adjudicate upon the appeals filed before it, and therefore, request is made for grant of leave to withdraw the petition with appropriate liberty and directions regarding time bound decision by the Committee. 3.

Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The petitioners are at liberty to prosecute their appeal before the Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee and it is directed that the appeal, which has been filed by the petitioners before the Committee shall be heard by the Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it.
