Though the prayer for amendment is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, considering the fact that such adjudication has taken place after filing of the Writ Petition, the amendment is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week. The copies of the amended petition be served upon the non-applicants/respondents.
