By way of this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the revision application challenging the maintenance order. 2.

Heard learned counsel for applicant, who submitted that applicant had engaged the counsel, but the counsel had not informed him about the dates, and therefore, the applicant could not file his reply. As the counsel did not inform him about the date, and therefore, he was not aware about the passing of the interim maintenance order. Therefore, the delay of 106 days is caused.

Despite the notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, nobody appears.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 106 days in filing the revision application is condoned rkn

926appr52.2025.odt subject to the costs of Rs. 2000/-. The applicant shall pay the costs to respondents.

Criminal application is allowed and disposed of.
