The present appeal is preferred against the Judgment and Award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional Court, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.35/2012.

By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,
(2) 67.fa.347.2023 Additional Court, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.35/2012. 2.
On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional Court, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.35/2012 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
Civil Application is disposed of.
