By this application, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. The first appeal is already disposed of as withdrawn as per the National Lok Adalat order..

It is further contended by the respondents that the middle name of Bhalchandra is wrongly mentioned in respect of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

As per the Aadhar Chard, it is Bhalchand Bahadure. The appellant to correct the middle name of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in the appeal memo as well as in the lower Court record being it is typographical error, it is to be corrected.

Appellant is directed to correct the middle name of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in the appeal memo and respondent to correct the same in the lower Courts record. 6.

After correcting the name, the amount be disbursed to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. As per their share apportioned by the lower Court, the amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.
