DATE : 23/08/2022 The present application is filed by respondent Nos. 1 - original claimant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount. The appeal is dismissed vide order dated 28/02/2020. In view thereof, there is no impediment in allowing this application. However, out of amount of Rs.2,84,507/-, the claimant has already withdrawn amount of Rs.1,40,000/- As such, the applicant is entitled to withdraw remaining amount deposited by the appellant - Corporation along with accrued interest.

Registry is directed to disburse the remaining amount deposited by the appellant - Corporation in favour of respondent No.1 along with accrued interest on furnishing bank details.
