By this application, the appellants are seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount. 3.

The appeal is already disposed of as settled in National Lok-Adalat on 25/09/2021. As the appeal is already disposed of, the appellants are entitled to receive the compensation amount.

In view of that the amount be disbursed to the appellants on due identification and verification. 5.

It is further submitted by the learned Counsel that inadvertently the surname of the appellant is mentioned in the appeal memo as "Baghmare" which should be "Bagmare". Hence, the amount be disbursed to the appellant as per their identification in view of Adhar Card filed.

Appellant No.2 is married and her name after marriage is changed as "Priyanka w/o Swapnil Raut". So the amount of compensation of the share of appellant
