By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the award dated 06/07/2021 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara.

Shri Bhatt, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that in view of earlier order passed by this Court, entire amount of compensation is already deposited along with accrued interest.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the appellant, the effect, operation and implementation of the award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara in Claim Petition No.39/2009 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

Civil application is disposed of.
