This is an application under Section 452 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for return of Rs. 8,000/- along with one gold ring of the applicant / complainant, seized under seizure memo below Exh. 57. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that Rs. 8,000/- has already been refunded to the complainant and one gold ring is lying with the prosecution.

In this view of the matter, pending hearing of this appeal, on Supratnama of Rs. 50,000/- before the trial Court, custody of gold ring which was seized under seizure memo below Exh. 57 be given to the complainant.
