Present application is for condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal. 3.

The reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay is that the appellant is a statutory body who has to obtain the necessary approval before filing of the appeal which was not received within time, therefore, delay is caused.

Shri Bhuyar, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State have no objection to condone the delay. 5.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay is condoned.
