By this contempt petition, the petitioners have sought action against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the order dated 22.6.2012 in Writ Petition No.3669 of 2009 and Writ Petition No.4604 of 1992. According to the petitioners, though a solemn statement was made by the learned Government Pleader on 22.6.2012 while hearing of Writ Petition No.3669 of 2009 that the relevant map separating the forests land and the other land would be ready and tendered in the court within a period of four months from 22.6.2012, the said map has not been tendered by the respondents in the court till date.

The learned Government Pleader states that the question, whether the respondents have complied with the directions issued by the orders dated 22.6.2012 and 22.12.2012 fell for consideration before this court in Writ Petition No.3669 of 2009 and this court has held in the order dated 12.8.2015, that the directions issued by this court in its order dated 22.6.2012 have been complied by the respondents and no further orders in the matter are necessary.
