The appeal is decided vide judgment and order dated 05.06.2023, thereafter, the respondent Nos.2(c) has expired on 02.11.2024. Since the respondent No.2(c) has expired after adjudication of the appeal, there is no question of bringing her legal representatives on record. However, the amount payable to the respondent No.2(c) shall be paid to her legal representatives namely Purvi Vicky Chandwani, Amit Narayandas Dhanwani and Deepak Narayandas Dhanwani.
