In pursuance of the order dated 08/02/2024, the appellant is arrested and produced before the Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for releasing him on bail, on the ground that after passing of the order, in the Second Session he was present before the Court but he had not filed any application for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the non-bailable warrant which is executed. The appellant be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as per order dated 04/05/2017, on the condition that he shall attend the proceeding on the next date and shall proceed with the appeal.
