The appeal is already disposed of by judgment dated 15th October, 2015. The amount of compensation has been enhanced up to Rs.3,50,000/-. The respondent No.1/Insurance Company has deposited Rs.3,72,085/- in this Court.

These appellants are the original claimants. The appellant Nos.2 to 4 have given power of attorney in favour of appellant No.1. The appellants are ready to pay the deficit court fee stamp as ordered by this Court on 18th August, 2016. Hence the direction:- i.

The Office is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.3,72,085/- along with accrued interest in the bank

2/2 account of appellant No.1 - Vishwanath Dau Jiwane on giving bank account details and on personal identification.

ii. The amount be transferred only on deposit of the deficit court fee.

iii.The civil application is disposed of.
