Prayer is to permit the respondent no.4 and legal heirs of respondent no.4 to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited.

Perused the impugned judgment. Considering the nature of enhancement in the amount of compensation and there being five claimants, each claimant is permitted to withdraw 10% of the amount deposited. In other words, 50% of the amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn subject to filing an undertaking stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn would be re-deposited in this Court alongwith interest at such rate the Court may direct. Similarly, for the reasons stated in the application, the name of respondent no.4 is permitted to be corrected in the manner stated in the application. Civil application stands disposed of.
