DATE : 28.08.2015 By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai to expeditiously hear the appeal filed by the respondent, bearing Appeal No.16/2011 within a period of one month.

The direction, as sought by the petitioners, cannot be granted in view of the heavy pendency of cases before the Appellate Tribunal. The Appellate Tribunal may however consider deciding the matter as per the turn of the appeal. The petitioners are free to file an appropriate application before the Tribunal to seek an early disposal of the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
