The petitioner has sought to quash and set aside the transfer order dated 18.03.2020 and further to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider his representations dated 20.04.2020, 12.08.2020, 07/08.08.2020 and 29.12.2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already joined at the transferred place of posting. He further states that the petition can be disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to dispose of his representations.

In the light of the said statement, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the representations filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.1 on 03.01.2024.
