The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 90 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and award dated 12/06/2019 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Application No.OA (IIu)/NGP/223/2009.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, delay is condoned.
