The application No.315 of 2024 has been made for condonation of delay caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement and application No.316/2024 has been made for bringing on record the legal heirs of appellant No.2 who died on 17.01.2013.

Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that parties have amicably settled their disputes and they are likely to file the consent terms before this Court. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the applications both the applications are allowed.

The delay caused in filing the application for

Necessary correction as prayed for be made within a week.
