Learned A.G.P. has invited our attention to prayer clauses in writ petition and to facts noted in order dated 21.03.2005, by this Court.

Perusal of the order dated 21.03.2005 shows that approval is already given to the petitioner and respondent no.1 was also directed to clear the bills of petitioner for period 15.07.2004 till 30.03.2005 and to continue to pay salary regularly until further orders. 4.

In view of this, it appears that the

Order 2704wp357.05 grievance of petitioner is either satisfied or then he has no interest in the matter. We therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
