Vide order dated 26.02.2015, we had granted last chance to place on record the extension of the notification. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an application is already made for extension of period of notification. However, on account of budget, the same is not yet considered.
The notification has expired on 24.02.2015. As such, we are not inclined to continue the order of status quo. The order of status quo is vacated.

For the reasons stated therein, the civil application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
