By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and Award dated 25/02/2020 in M.A.C.P. No.19/2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur.

Shri Kedar, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire amount of compensation along with interest is already deposited. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the appellant, the execution of the impugned judgment and Award dated 25/02/2020 in M.A.C.P. No.19/2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur is stayed till disposal of the appeal.
