DATE : JUNE 07, 2017 This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record by setting aside abatement.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the legal representatives are duly served and appearing through Advocate Ms Wasu. However, Advocate Ms Wasu is not present today. Hence having regard to the reasons mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application, as the sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay the application is allowed. Legal representatives of respondent are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. On failure to do so, abatement would be continued.
