ORDER

The appellant no.3 has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification.

The instant appeal is covered under the Government Regulation dated 3rdNovember, 2016, corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August 2018 and therefore, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. No Costs.

The appellant shall deposit the amount of compensation, if any, before the reference Court within a period of three months from the date of award. The respondent/claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the reference Court/High Court, alongwith accrued interest.
