Applicant/respondent has moved this application for early hearing. Shri Charlewar, learned counsel appearing on his behalf points out that candidature of respondent is to be considered for the post of E.D.D.A., as directed by the Central Administrative Tribunal and that direction is stayed by this Court since last 7 years. According to him, in the meanwhile vacancies against which respondent could have been considered have become available.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not oppose grant of early hearing.
