By this application, the respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are the claimants, more particularly the respondent No.2 seeks direction to release the amount in the name of Chandrakala Manohar Yeole instead of Vimala Manohar Yeole, since both the names are of the same person. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 tendered across the bar a copy of the Aadhar card and Election card of the respondent No.2 showing different names of the same person. These documents are taken on record and marked as "X" and "Y" for identification purposes.

Considering the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and considering the documents tendered on record showing the person by name

CAF-996-2025 Vimala and Chandrakala is one and same, the office is directed to disburse the amount to the respondent No.2 in the name of "Chandrakala alias Vimala Manohar Yeole". 6.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
