By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act and Second Labour Court, Nagpur in E.C.A (B). No. 54/2018, dated 13/10/2022. 2.

In view of that, execution and operation of the award passed by the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act and Second Labour Court, Nagpur in E.C.A (B). No. 54/2018, dated 13/10/2022, be stayed till disposal of the appeal.

Civil Application No. 699/2023 is disposed of. Place the matter before the Court after service of all the respondents.
