S. Patil, Advocate for the petitioner. Shri V. P. Maldhure, A.G.P. for respondent No.3. CORAM : S. B. SHUKRE, J.
DATED : 18TH APRIL 2016 Heard.
It appears that purposes of this petition shall be served if direction is issued to the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Amravati for deciding appeal No.74 of 2015 within a time-bond period.
The reason being that it is the perception of the petitioner that the management of the school, i.e. respondent No.1 has been pursuing a policy of vendetta by filing an appeal against the petitioner for his alleged folly of filing disputes before various authorities against the management and succeeding in those disputes and in such a case it is better that the controversy is put to an end as early as possible. Therefore, It is directed that the School Tribunal shall decide Appeal No. 74 of 2015 as early as possible and in any case within six months from the date of the order. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Authenticated copy of the order be furnished to both the sides.
