DATED : 16-07-2018 The applicant was released on temporary bail subject to the condition that within seven days of the release, he shall deposit Rs.2,00,000/- with the Indian Overseas Bank, Hanuman Nagar, Nagpur and the balance amount shall be deposited with accrued interest within six months.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A. Mirza, on instructions, states that although the applicant was released on 04-7-2018, he has not deposited the initial amount of Rs.2,00,000/- with Indian Overseas Bank, which was supposed to be deposited within seven days of the release.

The temporary bail granted is cancelled.

The applicant be taken into custody forthwith.

Shri Ambilwade, learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has withdrawn the brief. His statement is accepted.

The applicant has not made alternate arrangements.

The application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
