By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice/chargesheet, dated 18.2.2015 asking the petitioner to submit his explanation, within a period of seven days, on the ground that the said chargesheet is issued against the petitioner with a vindictive attitude and the same is contrary to the legal procedure. The petition is premature. The petitioner would be required to submit his written statement to the chargesheet, if so advised. The proceeding initiated against the petitioner in pursuance of the chargesheet cannot be stalled in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. In the circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
