On 19.01.2021, this Court by a reasoned order dismissed the appeal against the Respondent No.3. The appeal was also dismissed against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 on 15.09.2015.

The judgment delivered under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short, "the Act of 1894"), wherein enhanced compensation is granted in favour of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 against whom, the appeal is already dismissed.

As such in this appeal under Section 54 of the Act of 1894, no cause survives as against the Respondent Nos.4 and 5, who are State Government and the Land Acquisition Ofcer.

That being so, the present appeal stands dismissed.
