Perused the contents of the application seeking relaxation of condition imposed vide order 27.9.2019. 3.

The submission is the the present applicant 1 Arun Motghare is directed to attend Police Station Adyal once in a week between 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

It is further submitted that the applicant 1 is ready to attend the Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. However, since the applicant 1 has attended the Police Station from September 2019 till date, the condition of compulsory attendance on every Sunday may be relaxed.

Since the applicant 1 has attended the Police Station since last five months, the condition is relaxed and is substituted by the direction that the applicant 1 shall attend the said police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer, in writing.
