The applicants - respondent nos. 1 to 5 have filed the present application seeking direction against the appellant - V.I.D.C. to furnish calculation in terms of judgment and decree dated 22/1/2019 passed by this Court.

2] The appellant has filed calculation, which indicates that the applicants are entitled for compensation to the tune of Rs.4,29,299/-. The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.4,88,354/-. Accordingly, the appellant is entitled to receive back Rs.59,055/-. The learned Counsel for the applicants has certified this calculation to be correct.

3] In view of above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.4,29,299/- along with interest accrued thereon. The amount be disbursed in terms of judgment and decree dated 22/1/2019 passed

18-CAF-732-2024 by this Court. The balance amount of Rs.59,055/- along with interest accrued thereon shall be paid to the appellant.

4] The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
