We have perused the communication dated 03.12.2020 received by Shri Fulzele, learned Addl.P.P. from the S.D.P.O. Washim, who is the Investigating Officer in this case, is placed before this Court. We have gone though it. We are fully satisfied with the detailed investigation made with full enthusiasm, interest and fervour by the Investigating Officer. The efforts taken by him, in our view, are commendable and he deserves appreciation and accolades for the same, which we through this order offer to him.

The copy of the said communication be placed on record in two sets forthwith and marked as document 'A' for the purpose of identification. It may also be made

We find that the investigation thus made, serves the purpose of this petition and, therefore, the petition would have to be disposed of.

The petition stands disposed of as having served it's purpose. Charge-sheet be filed as expeditiously as possible, if not done so far. 6.
Authenticated copy of order be furnished to learned Addl.P.P. with a request to sent the same to the Superintendent of Police, Washim and Investigating Officer.
