2) The learned Counsel for the parties submit that mediation has been successful.

3) Perused the report dated 7/6/2023 submitted by the Coordinator as well as terms of compromise between petitioner nos.1 and 2 and respondent no.4. Since the parties have resolved their dispute, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between them as recorded by the Coordinator. The parties shall act in accordance with the terms of compromise. The respondent nos.2 and 3 shall take into account the aforesaid terms of compromise and take further steps in the matter.
