Notice was issued to the respondents on 4-2-2015. All the respondents are served. No reply is filed. The application is not opposed. After going through the averments made in the application, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

Hence, the civil application is allowed. The delay of 642 days caused in filing an appeal, is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.

First Appeal Stamp No.4462 of 2014 :

It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that First Appeals Nos.769, 819, 831 and 844 of 2015, arising out

Hence, Admit.

Shri M.A. Kadu, the learned AGP, waives service of notice for the respondent Nos.7 and 8.

The remaining respondents be served by RPAD in addition to regular mode.

Civil Application (CAF) No.1373 of 2014 :

There shall be stay in terms of the prayer clause of this civil application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of the appeal.

The appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today; failing which this civil application for stay shall stand dismissed withou reference to the Court.

The civil application is disposed of.
