The petition has been filed with the contention that though the offence was made out, the First Information Report was not registered.

An affidavit has been filed by the Police Inspector, ACB, Nagpur, stating that First Information Report has already been registered under section 7 of the Anti Corruption Act, 1988 at Kanhan Police Station. It is further stated that during investigation if more accused are found to be involved in this crime, they will also be impleaded as accused in the case. In that view of the matter, we find that the petition has served it purpose. Petition is disposed of as such. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
