DATE : 01/07/2022 This is an application for seeking early hearing in the present writ petition. It is pointed out that Rule was granted in the present petition on 05/03/2019. It is submitted that during pendency of this petition, the respondents are not being considered for promotion and further benefits. 2.

It is also submitted that one of the respondents is due to retire in the next year. Considering the aforesaid fact, the present application is allowed and it is directed that the writ petition be included in the final hearing matters, at the top of the board, to be listed in the week commencing 22ndAugust, 2022.
