Petitioner in person is not present even on second call. AGP has appeared for respondent no. 7. He points out that challenge in writ petition is to the order passed below Ex.5 on 20.1.2015 in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 22 of 2015 by Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Nagpur.

Prayer in writ petition is to call for "aligned documents" from competent authorities and learned Civil Judge and learned Appellate Judge and to issue appropriate writs or directions to respondent no.5/Corporation and respondent no. 6 for dismantling new illegal construction without permission.

It is apparent that the order passed in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 22 of 2015 by the appellate Court needed to be challenged before the competent
