In pursuance to the order dated 16.06.2021, an affidavit is filed by Shri A. M. Kumre, Superintendent, Central Prison, Nagpur along with documents to show that the name of the petitioner is already brought back on remission register. Therefore, we see no reason for not allowing the petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.
Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Shri D. S. Lambat, learned counsel for the petitioner appointed through High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is entitled to receive Rs. 1,500/- as his professional charges.
