Shri Mishra (petitioner-inperson) submits that petition is of the year 2010 and arises out of order dated 23.10.2009. Prayers if granted may require the respondents to reconsider the proceedings under Section 108 of the Maharashtra Universities Act filed by the petitioner. He has invited our attention to orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 25.07.2011 in Civil Appeal no.5972/2011, giving him liberty to move this Court for disposal of the Writ Petition on merits.
