The present application has been filed by the respondents, seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.6,00,000/-, deposited by the petitioner in this Court. The learned Family Court, has granted maintenance @ Rs.50,000/- to the respondents, in pursuance to which the arrears as of date are Rs.12,50,000/- approximately, out of which, the part amount of Rs.6,00,000/- has been deposited.

Though the learned Counsel for the petitioner opposes the same, the amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents.

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

Ms Burange, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the current maintenance is not being paid by the petitioner, considering which, the petitioner is directed to deposit the current maintenance at the rate granted by the learned Family Court with this Court on or before 5th of each month during the pendency of the petition. 2.
