The learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 states that there was a delay in submitting the Demand Draft of Five Crores rupees due to incorrect names specified therein and states that the Demand Draft is ready. The learned Senior Advocate submits that this amount can be distributed proportionately amongst all the Petitioners subject to further adjudication.

The parties would draw up a chart of individual amounts proportionate to Rupees 17.20 Crores payable according to the

Respondent - Management (Rupees Thirty Six Crores payable according to the Petitioners), and the proportionately distributed amounts would be transferred to the accounts of all the Petitioners before next date. The TDS of 10% from the non-teaching staff and 20% from teaching staff be deducted and certificates be given.
