2] The application seeks transfer of HMP No.

A-442/2021 from the Family Court, Nagpur to the Family Court, Bhandara, on the ground that the applicant has 48% disability, is a permanent resident of Bhandara and her mother is also a cancer patient and it would be convenient for her to contest the matter at Bhandara. 3] Though Mr. Lonare, learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the application contending that the applicant is serving at an institution at Saoner and it would be more convenient for her to travel down at Nagpur, however considering the situation and condition of the applicant, it would be appropriate if the matter is transferred to Bhandara. In this view of the

The Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-442/2021 on the file of Family Court Nagpur is hereby transferred to Family Court, Bhandara. 4] The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Bhandara on 19.9.2022 and shall place the copy of this order before the Family Court, Bhandara to apprise it of the transfer.

5] The copy of this order shall also be placed by the applicant before the Family Court, Nagpur, so that the record be transmitted to the Family Court, Bhandara. 6] Misc. Civil Application is allowed in above terms. No costs.
